Deviled Egg & Lobster Hors' Doeuvre

24 Lobster Chunks precooked (boil method - see package.) & chill
12 hard boiled eggs, cut in half, yolk reserved.
1-2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon Mustard
Salt and White Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
1/4 cup Red Pepper - small dice
24 Parsley leaves
Place egg yolks in a bowl - mix with mayonnaise, mustard, sat and peppers to taste and mix everything together until smooth and no lumps.
Put one (1) lobster chunk in the egg white cavity (leave space for yolk mixture) - then fill in with yolk mixture.
Garnish with parsley and red pepper.
