Shipping Information

To ensure that your order arrives at its destination in perfect condition, it's shipped using 1-800-Steaks.COMs' exclusive Prime Protection packaging. All meats are individually shrink-wrapped, then frozen fresh to lock in all the natural juices and flavor. The meats are packed in an attractive gift box and nestled in a reusable polystyrene container with enough dry ice to ensure safe delivery. Finally, the container is placed in a heavy-duty corrugated box for an additional layer of protection. It's the best way to ensure that every order is delivered in perfect condition.

Delivery service is 2 days, plus 1 to 2 days for processing (total of 3 to 4 business days). If you live within 150 miles of Los Angeles, CA, your Prime Delivery could arrive 1 day earlier than the delivery date you are given on the web site. Delivery charges are based on the number of items being sent to a single delivery address, as follows:

**Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico require overnight delivery. Prices shown include overnight delivery.

**Priority Next Day Service : 2 business days with earliest overnight service : add an additional $20.00 per address. Plus next day delivery cost. Order by 10 am PST. Please allow 1 to 2 days for order processing before shipping (total of 2 to 3 business days).
***Saturday Delivery: add an additional $20.00 per address.

Whether you're ordering for yourself or gifts for others, we strongly encourage you have your orders placed and shipped before the week of Christmas to ensure that they arrive in time for the holidays.
